How do these compare to public benchmarks?
| Metric | Our median | Published band | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Campaign CTR | 9.8% | 8.9–14.5% “good” | Klaviyo help center |
| Opt-out per send | 0.38% | 0.33–0.88% (25th–75th pct) | Postscript 2026 |
| Delivery rate | 96.9% (best program) | 96.6% campaign avg | Omnisend 2025 data |
| Cart-flow EPM | $8.40 (best program) | $3.52–$10.95 | Postscript 2026 |
Benchmark sources: Klaviyo's campaign rating scales, Postscript's 2026 benchmarks, and Omnisend's 2025-data report. Sitting inside a band beats topping it: a 20% CTR with a 2% opt-out rate is a program eating itself.
Where the medians come from
Every program reports the same four numbers every month, which is what makes a median possible at all. The per-engagement detail sits in the Write-ups: list growth for a marketplace app, a cart-flow rebuild for a home-goods seller, and an 18-day launch for a skincare brand. The reporting cadence itself is stage four of the Process.
