Benchmark sources: Klaviyo's campaign rating scales, Postscript's 2026 benchmarks, and Omnisend's 2025-data report. Sitting inside a band beats topping it: a 20% CTR with a 2% opt-out rate is a program eating itself.

Where the medians come from

Every program reports the same four numbers every month, which is what makes a median possible at all. The per-engagement detail sits in the Write-ups: list growth for a marketplace app, a cart-flow rebuild for a home-goods seller, and an 18-day launch for a skincare brand. The reporting cadence itself is stage four of the Process.
